Mom of twin 17-year old boys. I've thoroughly enjoyed this site and have found some wonderful new recipes. Like everyone else here, I love to cook and I love good food. Trying new recipes is always fun!

Favorite Foods:

Most everything... but I've yet to meet a turtle soup I care for.

Asian, Indian, Pacific Rim, Mexican... and I really like seafood. Too bad I'm living in landlocked Dallas... it's hard to find good fresh and affordable salt water fish!
