about me

Learned how to cook from my grandparents who owned a restaurant. Hold to the traditional Italian meals they passed along to the rest of the family. Cooking and entertaining are one of my passions. People who say they don't know how to cook is one of my pet peeves - if you can read you can cook - its that simple!

Favorite Foods:

I love to prepare all the Northern Italian dishes handed down to me from my grandparents who were born in Italy and owned a restaurant in Forest Hills, Queens, New York. My favorite dish is Chicken Marsala with plenty of Mushrooms. I also love to cook all the vegetable pies my Mom used to make (i.e. Zucchini Pie, Broccoli Pie, Onion Pie, Spinach Pie, and Potato Pie) - yummy .....
