I love to cook and collect recipes. My collection consists of 4,088,088 recipes that I either self-wrote, inherited (from a huge family dating back to the 1800's) or purchased at estate sales over the past 25 years. Trust me, if you have need a recipe, Email me and I'll be happy to hunt it down for you. I love cats, I love to entertain (super bowl parties, new years eve parties, poker parties, etc.).

Favorite Foods:

Mexican, Mexican, Mexican, Southern Home Cooking, Salads, Italian. I like just about any type of food, except Sushi (BAIT..lol) and liver. I don't eat out much because I love home-cooking but when I do eat out, I want it to be good Mexican Food, a great Steak or Authentic Italian food.
