I live in Freehold, New Jersey and am a secretary to the Assistant Princpal in my local high school district.

My husband and I love to go camping, biking, walking, gardening - flowers and vegatables - so we love to cook with fresh herbs and veggies when possible.

I have two cats that are absolutely adorable and they love to be near me at the stove most of the time!!

My favorite dish is a recipe I recently came across - chicken in Vin Santo wine - I will post this recipe soon because it is so worth it!!

I make an Italian meatloaf recipe that I am well known for. Also I have many dip recipes that are so easy to prepare.

My favorite restaurant is The Main Street Bistro - I am allergic to wheat and the chef there whips up the most awesome dishes that anyone would enjoy.
