I like to collect a few good recipes that I can make over and over. I like to ask my friends for some of their favorite no-fail recipes as everyone has a few that they keep in their repertoire.

Favorite Foods:

I have a huge sweet tooth, but am trying to curb it... very difficult.

My favorite meals that I make are spaghetti, chili, chicken parmesan, and pork loin roast or roast beef.

A digital meat thermometer has saved alot of my cooking! I highly recommend them (about $50).
