about me

I am a mom of 3 boys. Jason 11, Mathew 8 and Patrick 6. We have a Siberian Husky named Kali who is like our 4th child. My husband Kurt works for DirectTV. I work Downtown Colorado Springs as a Senior Legal Assistant. We moved to the Springs from Massachusetts in Sept. 2007 and LOVE it here.

Other than cooking and baking, I enjoy baseball, photography and exercise. This year I started learning Yoga. I love trying new recipes and variations of favorities. This is the first place that I go to browse recipes and plan our meals. Even though I work full time, I still try to make homemade healthy meals every night.

Favorite Foods:

Meat & Potatoes; Italian Foods such as Lasagna, Pizza, Ravioli, Sauce, Chicken, Chinese food, Sweets, Seafood. Casseroles, Stews and Soups.
