Small Time Farmer.... Big Time Gardener.. I have always loved to cook and my wife is happy for me to cook and she is sous chef. We like cooking together but I am the one that is always thinking of eating, and therefor always have a menu in mind.

Chili, Spaghetti, roast beef, steak, all the plain stuff.
Ran a business in the Middle East for 4 years, traveled extensively in the Arab countries and Pacific Rim. We love the Arab, Persian, Thai, Korean, Chinese and Indian food.
