about me

I'm originaly from Timmins Ontario. I'm a high school science and math teacher for a french catholic school board. I don't have much time for hobbies because I'm constantly taking correspondance university courses...but I do enjoy going to the cottage during the summers. I also find time to care for my many plants and have a passion for orchids. My pet peeves are people who don't share their recipes!

Favorite Foods:

My favorite cookbook is the Moosewood cookbook. My most famous dish is my spanakopita!
