about me

i live on the beautiful Island of Man - know for the annual TT motorbike races, the largest waterwheel in the world and a breed of cat without a tail!! i have three small children and work part-time as an assistant financial controller for an american company with offices here on the island.

Favorite Foods:

i like to think that we eat well. i married an italian so we eat a lot of dishes that are influenced by that way of life - particularly southern italy.

i have many favourite dishes but, don't think there is one i am famous for. my husband would say he adores my 'risotto ai porcini' and, over the years, i have learned to make dozens of fantastic pasta dishes
