I am a paralegal and paralegal student. I've been married 25 years, and we have two grown boys, one teenage daughter, a daughter-in-law, and a grandbaby.

I am always looking for interesting meals to cook, and the busier I am the easier I'd like them to be. My husband used to cook for a living, so he often cooks special on the weekend. I am looking for very good, but easy meals. I also want some that can be made ahead and frozen.
