Welcome to my page, I’m retired Navy and I live in North East Florida on 5 acres in the country. I have enjoyed cooking for as long as I can remember. Thanks to the food network and the internet I have become "The Chef" as my daughter and friends say. I will take several recipes of a dish and pick and choose ingredients to make it my recipe. My Goulash and Beef Chuck Stew are two examples If you try any of my recipes please give me a comment good or bad, won’t hurt my feelings. Thanks

My Interests:

My puppy dogs, vegetable gardening, yard work and sitting under the shade tree in the afternoon with an ice cold Miller Lite.



Oh did I mention cooking….which will include but not be limited to…grilling (BBQ), smoker, stove top, oven, deep fryer, wok and crock pot.

I'm a hugh NASCAR fan. In the fall I follow the NFL and some college football.
