I live in a small town in the foothills of CA. Because the town is small, good restaurants are rare so....dining at home with friends and family is important(as if being Italian isn't enough to make me love cooking!).

Favorite Foods:

I love to cook all ethnic food. My friends tease me because I celebrate St. Josephs Day, Cinco de Mayo, Bastille Day,Chinese New Year,etc, etc,etc. Every dinner party is themed (decorations, music,table settings) to the type of food.
