As is obvious from my name I am the proud mother of 3. Waitress part time, school part time, PTA partime, wife fulltime, Mom OVERTIME! Cooking has always been my passion and I have an enviable (if I do say so myself) cookbook collection! Always scouting for new recipes to try-that's why I LOVE the 'Zaar!!

I absolutey LOVE Ina Garten (Barefoot Contessa)!! I have never failed with one of her recipes, and most often my recipe requests are for one of her dishes (BEST brownies EVER).
Right now I am on a Balsamic vinegar kick, I just can't get enough of the stuff! Send me your Balsamic recipes!!! Please!!!
