As a full time working mom, I find my passion to unwind in cooking. My favorite cookbook is a compilation of when my son was in kindergarten and they each submitted a recipe and then gave their version of what ingredients should be used. Did you know that 3 whole pineapples could go right into a dessert?!?!? Its hilarious!

My family cannot believe how much time I actually do spend surfing Recipezaar! But I can honestly say, they eagerly await the final results!

Updated November 2007 * some kind soul has given to me a premium membership and I thought I would just add a bit more to my "About Me" section. I cannot believe how many excellent dishes I have made since finding Zaar and then eventually joining. Its overwhelming! There are literally thousands of wonderful recipes out there, its just a matter of time to try them all.

By far my family's favorite is any type of East Indian curry, the second runner up would be middle eastern.
