After being a vegetarian for many years, I moved to a working cattle ranch, and I'm still surprised by my complete transition to eating meat.
I love to eat Japanese food, and I'm trying to learn more about how to cook it. I'd also like to try a little bit of Thai and Vietnamese cooking. One of my big limits is that I get migraines, and I have a few triggers that I try to avoid, such as nuts, bananas, and raw onions.
