about me

I am a new stay-at-home dad. I have great 5 year old son and a beautiful new 12 week old baby girl. I enjoy the martial arts - I train in Shaolin Kung Fu. I have recently discovered that I REALLY like cooking! I hope to invent some of my own recipe's and post them for you all, but until then, I look forward to many relaxing hours cooking your posts.

Just about anything grilled. Homemade Spaghetti with meat sauce. Pork Tenderloins. Grilled Veggies seasoned with Olive oil and Herbes de Province.
