I lived in Lampang, Thailand, for 3 years. I love Thai food as well as Malaysian and Burmese. Well, I guess I love all South East Asian food.

Thai Yum Pak Boong Krab, Malay Rendang, Lao Nam Tok, Burmese Mandalay Meeshai, Afghan Qabali Palau, Lebanese Kibbi, Persian Feesenjan, Saudi Makhboos, Ethiopian... well, anything Ethiopian, Tunisian stuffed olives, Moroccian Basteeya and CHOCOLATE!
