My name is Don, but over the years people would just call me Simpy (See my Simpy's Carnitas). Me, my wife and kids moved from Denver to San Diego about 10 years ago. I work as a truck driver, and am married with my wife Sherry and my 2 children Kyle 19 and Tiffany 15. I was born and raised in Denver (40 years) and moved to San Diego about 10 years ago. I am a BIG Denver Broncos Fan, so much so that I still have my season ticket! I like to cook and my favorite food is cajun, moving to San Diego there were a lot of mexican dishes that I had never heard of that were very good.
