I have 14 years food service experience. I once was owner/operator of a coffee house. My favorite food service work is as a DMO (dish machine operator) and as a baker. Since I'm now a diabetic amputee in a wheelchair, I enjoy traveling all over town on the city bus for food shopping and excercise. I love cooking and baking even though I'm on a diet. When I make a dish I can't have, I give it to friends (but sometimes sneak a bite!). I am a member of cooking club of america and allrecipes. I'm also a Life member of North American Fishing Club. I have 40 years as an organic gardener and am a certified Organic Horticulturist. So I combine my skills when cooking. I also do inventing for disability such as raised bed gardens from old refrigerators.
I love beef, but really enjoy making chicken dishes and baking pies, cobblers and various pastries. I'm known for my spaghetti sauce and my copy-cat shake-n-bake chicken, also my dad's meat pinwheel recipe. I love to eat lunch at a chinese restaurant called the Great Wall. And another place called the Panda Buffet. They have yummy Sashimi!
