I'm a single working mother of three small children. i love to cook... when i have the time!! i think cooking is almost therepy for me, i love to create- then serve it to others to watch them enjoy

Honestly, I like anything in the 4 basic food groups ( healthy, fast, easy, and cheap) I really enjoy cooking but with my schedule and keeping up with the kids and all that, my cooking gets widdled down to necessary things, with a few "just for fun" recipes once in a while.I guess my best dinner dish is the very easy, BB-Q Shrimp Pasta, my family demands this often. But my favorite thing to make is fresh bread! I have the bestest, most delicious Cinnamon Raisin Bread recipe. I think though my passion is finding new and differant recipes to make for my family.
