Extra Sauce Please

I love cooking. The older I get the more I enjoy making it myself! I live in Fort Wayne, IN with my two room mates. One who loves everything about meat and the other who can't stand to even know it lives in the house. While I would like to cook every night I do not get to it most occasions becuase of the hours I work. I host a Monday night bible study where I feed dinner to everyone and I usually like to pull out all the stops for that. I think my biggest pet peeve is not enough sauce! I think everything should have a sauce!
