about me

I live in a rural area where the selection of grocery store items are much less than areas of higher population.
I like vegetable gardening, and in particular growing eggplant & zucchini. In my hardiness zone, growing the eggplant is a challenge, so I am learning different ways to extend the growing season.

Favorite Foods:

Ceviche, that includes shrimp & cilantro. Many Mediterranean dishes. Drinks for the sake of hydration.
