Hello 'Zaar family!
A little about me: I am a Registered Nurse, and love my job, but if I had to pick a new occupation unrelated to health care, I would go to culinary school. I love to cook and experiment with new recipes I find on 'Zaar. Besides cooking, we like to camp (in the summertime) and play with our dog, Brady, a Chocolate Lab. I enjoy photography, and I share pictures with my family of everyday events that happen (Mom often gets pictures of things I've cooked, just to show off!).
I'm a carb addict, unfortunately, and I could make a meal out of just potatoes, pasta, or bread (in any form!).
Dislikes... beets, pickled animal parts, organ meats, uncooked meats or fish.
Among my friends, I'm famous for my scones and cookies, and usually make large batches to share.
My rating system:
5 star review: Perfect as is, or with one or two minor changes to seasonings, usually due to what I have on hand. Will go into my usual routine.
4 star review: Great recipe I will definately make again. May alter the seasonings and ingredients to perk it up a bit next time.
3 star review: Mixed reviews at the table. Needs assistance, may or may not make again.
2 star review: Doesn't fit our tastes, but may be well recieved by other reviewers. Will not make again.
1 star review: I think this recipe has a typo, it just didn't work out at all.
