I enjoy preparing casseroles, Indian dishes, Mexican, and vegetarian. Favorite restaurants are Chinese, Indian and Seafood.
I rate recipes I and or my family likes. I don't rate those that we don't like as everyone has their own tastes. If I feel something in wrong with the recipe I try and e-mail the poster.
