about me

I am a surgical technologist on a part-time basis and home with my 2 and 4 yr.old boys the rest of the time. My boys' are really starting to get involved in helping me cook. This is a good thing as I asked my husband to put a couple pot pies' in the oven one night I was working late and explained that the directions were on the box. I came home to 2 pot pies in the oven still in the box. I decided then that my boys' would know how to cook. I love all cookbooks.
I enjoy horseback riding, reading, cooking and traveling to new places.

Favorite Foods:

Crab Newburg,Roasts and food in general. I don't really have a favorite restaurant. I love trying new things and just love to cook. I generally make too much so am trying to cut back on the amounts so we aren't eating leftovers for a year. I enjoy making things and taking to neigbors or co-workers.
