I am a 40 something single mother who works yearning to make well-balanced and delicious homemade meals without spending all my time in the kitchen. I love the "Saving Dinner" cookbooks as well as anything crockpot.

Favorite Foods:

I love Middle Eastern food and would love to learn how to cook that. I'm really not "famous" for anything but my boyfriend loves anything I make so I'm happy with that.
