about me

I live in the suburbs of Minneapolis/St. Paul. I am married to a wonderful man named Joe and have three children;Phillip, Gabrielle and Clarissa. Our family enjoys camping and going to my parents cabin in WI. I work at Minnesota Life College, a post secondary school for young adults with learning disabilities such as ADD and Aspergers. I am the Culinary Specialist and teach cooking, menu planning, and other independent living skills. Every year I cook a semi formal dinner for my students called WinterFest; it may be a lot of work but it's really fun to watch my students!

Favorite Foods:

Shrimp, raspberries, dark chocolate, pizza from Zia Louisa's in Webster, WI, asparagus, potatoes (in most any form), steak, most anything grilled, french toast, oatmeal, really really crispy bacon, vanilla iced coffee
