I am a personal chef who does diet food. I am always looking for new low fat, low carb recipes.
My favorite dish to cook for myself is a bone-in oven roasted chicken breast. It's easy, tasty and low in calories and fat (if you don't eat the skin). My favorite for my customers is Chicken with 40 cloves. They also like Oriental Slaw.
