I am a native oklahoman. I am a student at a university in my hometown. My absolute passion is to cook meals my family will enjoy. My biggest pet peeve is rude people. If I had a month off with no responsibilities, I think I would go to Jamaca and absorb the sun and just relax.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite food is Fettacini Alfredo. It has to be the real stuff though. I love cajun food as well. I am crazy over a good etouffee recipe. Other than these recipes, I just love food in general. After all I am a southern girl who was raised with my Moma cooking big wonderful meals with all the fixins!!!!
