I am unequivocably Greek. I currently live in the Cite des Rivieres, Quebec ( Canada ) with my charming princess, two cats and a cello.. Am in the process of losing my essential Montreal-ness ( Lived there for 15 unforgettably wonderful years ) but that takes time..!
My day job has to do with computer languages but my real passion is music, cooking, talking, listening.

Oh.. pet peeve: incomplete, unintelligible, insane, or trivial recipes.. A recipe is like the sheet music of a Bach suite.. it needs to convey very precisely the rythm, notes and scale, and then the interpreter can come up with her own interpretation.. !
