about me

I love to feed people and have done catering on the side for over 25 years. I have 4 grown children and three (soon to be five!) grandchildren. I spoil them a lot! I have 1 cat who looks a lot like Jabba the Hut when she sits up! I work full-time as office manager for a towing company and have been here 14 years. Looking forward to transitioning into a food-related job in the very near future.

Favorite Foods:

I am famous for my antipasti platters and smoked salmon. Lasagne, garlic/wine chicken & brisket come in a close second as favs!! I love to cook everything--if it sounds interesting, I will try it. My family (Kids and my Siblings) are my testers--they love it when I go on a cooking binge & just have to feed people.
