I live in Arlington, Va with my husband and cat(Katana). Besides food, I enjoy reading, movies, traveling, and am an avid gamer.

I really like finding recipes that fullfill my 3 requirements: easy, quick, and tasty.

Favorite Foods:

I love my Grandmothers cooking, Puerto Rican comfort food. My Aunt makes the best turkey(Gotta get her recipe!). I also love Lasagna, and anything with Cheese or Chocolate.

My favorite dish to cook is Roasted Chicken...there's always leftovers and leftovers are good! My husband loves my Bistec Encebollado.
