I'm a landscape designer, by trade...a "chef" by dream...I love any book by Emeril, (he gave me the courage to change careers)...Alton Brown...I love to "create"...in the kitchen, on the keyboards, on paper(calligraphy-illumination; been working on a book of Psalms for 10 years)...pet peeves...small minded people...straight people, make gay, people...think about it

Favorite Foods:

Anything Thai, Cajun, Stir-fried, my Grandmothers Hamballs, anything Southern(Southern USA); and Italian, Mexican too...actually, as long as it's not BLAND midwest; I'll try it!

My most famous dish-that would be my duck burritos!
