Too hard. I really like everything Arab,Greek,Indian,Pakistani,Mexican,Italian,
Japanese,Chinese,fast food and ofcourse desserts! I love desserts, especially lite fluffy,creamy or syrupy cakes, mousses, cheesecakes. Pavlova is really wonderfull for anyone who has not tried it! Favourite ingredients: garlic,lemon, onion, mushrooms, red capsicum, butternut pumpkin, chillies, tomatoes, mangoes, honey, sweet condensed milk, caramel, vanilla, cinammon, bananas, cummin, mint, cream.
Definatly a Cheese fanatic, I use all kinds
Cream Cheese, ricotta, parmesan, romano, mozarella, tasty, swiss, panir, feta, kefalogaviera, mizithra, etc.
