about me

Addicted to Danish food because of my 88 year young father. I try to bring Denmark to him.
During the day (and night) I fix furnaces, AC units and refridgeration systems, but on my off time I cook. Cooking is the only art I know. I love changing the recipes to make it different and better. It sometimes happens.
I hate precooked foods. My wife knows that a good meal takes time and love, not just opening a box.

Favorite Foods:

I love simple dishes and redicoulous complicated ones. My mother said noone could make ris a lamande like she could. I proved her wrong because everyone comes to me for my pudding. Personal accomplishment.
I totally enjoy looking for old Danish recipes and making them for my father.
