I live with my boyfriend of 5 years in Springfield, IL. We recently moved here and I am excited about everything there is to do here. My favorite cookbook is RecipeZaar. My favorite celebrity chef is probably Rachael Ray, but I learned more about different kinds of ingredients from Iron Chef - the original one. I love that show and wish that the Food Network aired it more.

Favorite Foods:

I love all sorts of food. I will try pretty much anything. The more I cook the more adventurous I am becoming. I love making easy things like stuffed breads and breaded chicken. I have a really hard time making potatoes. I love to eat them but I have a tendency to mess them up. So when I find a recipe I can make for potatoes that I can get to turn out right, it is a great day for me!
