I live in the Ridge and Valley Region of Northwestern New Jersey. Very country - - We had a visit from a bear yesterday!

Have been married to my husband for 22 years in October (07). We have 2 teenagers (Son’s 18 and Daughter is 14).

I’ve been working for a non-profit land trust for almost 7 years. I also volunteer for a local non-profit ballet company and at the kids schools.

I really do enjoy cooking and finding new recipes to try out. Like everyone else life is busy, but I try to make time to make home cooked meals for my family as much as possible - - even with their crazy schedule.

I've created two types of Recipezaar Cookbooks, recipes that I've tried and recipes to try. Only the cookbooks with recipes that I have tried are public.

Favorite Foods:

One of my favorite things to do is look for new and different types of appetizers. There are endless appetizer recipes on Recipezaar! And the internet.

Some of my favorite foods are Mexican, Italian and just about any kind of seafood.
