I am a homeschool mom of 5 daughters. I like to bake and try new recipes. I am always looking for recipes that are quick and cheap yet filling and yummy. We live on four acres in southern Illinois.

My favorite cake to make is a gooey butter cake because of the many different flavor possibilties.
