I live in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. I work at home as an administrative assistant. Our family is very active and very involved in the sport of Triathlon. I absolutely love collecting recipes and trying them out. My husband sometimes complains that he never gets the same meal twice — there's always something new to try. Low calorie, nutritious, and meatless are dishes I look for.

Favorite Foods:

I love vegetables, fruits, whole grains, all things that are good for you. Being diabetic makes me very careful of what I eat. We don't eat out very often, as I'd much rather do the cooking myself.
