I'm told I'm an amazing cook... given that everyone eats everything with zeal, I guess I am. Still... everyone's opinion may vary and that's OK.

I can't share many recipes because I never use exact measurements and often times it changes each time I make it again.. .like a chemist I'm always trying to improve. I would have to say my best dishes are my:
