I love to try new recipes on unsuspecting victims! I've listed some of my favorites but I could also list a menu of my great culinary disasters...ask my kids about 'Mexican Hot Chocolate' or 'Peanut Butter Meatloaf'! (What was I thinking?)

That said, the recipes I have posted have passed the tests of family gatherings, pot luck dinners and even some candle lit dinners. Try them, tinker with them, have fun and enjoy!

Favorite Foods:

Buffalo (bison)...a great red meat! Lower in fat than white turkey breast, there is no discernible difference between grass raised buffalo and grass raised beef...I use buffalo in every recipe originally calling for beef!
