about me

My DH and I are retired. We love to travel and I collect cookbooks from all the places we visit. Having worked most of my adult life this is the first time I have had time to really cook and experiment with recipes. I am loving this site and have been trying to clean out my "stash" that I have collected over the years waiting till I had time to try some of them out. I am always looking for healthy recipes as my DH had quadruple bi-pass surgery 3 years ago.

Favorite Foods:

Seafood, Asian and italian food. I have never met a vegetable I didn't like except parsnips!

I am famous for my spaghetti sauce. The recipe has been passed down from my grandmother to my mother to me and I am passing it on to my children and their families.
