My name is Kristen and I am addicted to food. Hehe, no seriously. I love cooking, learning about food, talking about food, thinking about food and of course eating. I live in the Rocky Mountains, which is a truly gorgeous place to be. I am married to my best friend in the whole world and recently gave birth to our precious baby girl, Isabella.

Favorite Foods:

I mostly try to cook dishes that are fast, easy and flavorful. I simply don't have a lot of time to slave behind a stove. I don't eat as healthy as I should. I tend to lean towards comfort foods, pasta, fried foods, and things with a lot of cheese. I mostly cook Italian, Mexican, Asian, Crockpot and Casserole dishes...wait, what else is there?!
