I am a single mum with 3 kids , an 13yo girl, 11 yo boy and another boy 2yo

I live in a drought country and love helping with a food program, that provides lunches to the community for free. Students from the High school do the planning and cooking (with adult help of course).

My best cookbook I own is The Macquarie Dictonary of Cooking, i used it all the time and never out of view.

We have 2 cats and 1 dog and 2horses

Favorite Foods:

My Fav food are fresh fruit and salads,(the inlaws have an orchard to excellent for me lol) but as also there is rum and raisin chocolate in that mix, something i love cooking with is Southern Blue Whiting.

My quickie dish is making Potatoe and Leek Soup, but the kids love it when i do Fried Rice (a real mix veg one), the great thing about living in a country town NO McDonalds, KFC or major chain takeaway
