about me

I just moved to the DC area from Houston. I am in Real Estate. In my spare time I go to the gym. My favorite cooks are Emeril and Giada de Laurentiis.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite dishes to cook are anything Southern or Cajun. I make good fried chicken and garlic mashed potatoes w/ slow cooked green beens. I also make a really good crab and crawfish boil. My favorite restaurants are Aries(the tasting menu w/the wine flight is to die for) and Magnolia's(gotta love their spicy boiled crawfish).
