about me

I teach Kindergarten in a small town and I love to cook. I just don't get into the kitchen to have fun cooking as much as I'd like to. I cook for one so it isn't much fun and I end up with too many leftovers!
We do cook here in school sometimes so we use the site to find recipes or fun snacks. My passion is reading and learning new things. If I had a month off and had no responsibilities, I would eat,listen to music, read and watch the Biography channel.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite dish to cook is Chicken Scampi. I also think it is my best "work" and I am famous in my family for it. My favorite food to go out to eat is definitely Chinese or Japanese. I have eaten at several restaurants that you can get great Chinese. The best restaurant to get a variety of different foods is The Cheesecake Factory because they have awesome entrees and then the cheesecake is to die for!!
