I'm an Ohio PhD student. I am a vegan and my partner is a vegetarian. I love to cook and try out new recipe ideas.

Favorite Foods:

I love hummous and tabouli and I raise 23 varieties of fresh herbs during the growing season and dry them in the fall. I have a special garden where I grow only tabouli herbs.
