My husband and I adopted our two little granddaughters and now I am cooking more often than in the past. I work part time in a physician office and like to scrapbook in my free time... IF I have any!

Favorite Foods:

I love to make soup. Each year I make a huge batch of "Russian Chicken Noodle" soup at our church fundraiser. It used to be that Chili was the main soup... but now we make just as much of the chicken soup.

I also like to do freezer meals - so on busy nights we can just pop a prepared dish in the oven.
