about me

I am Japanese, living in the US. As a child I lived in California and later moved to New York. I decided to go to college in Japan, and lived there for several years. Learned to appreciate so much of the Japanese culture and foods but I craved things American... Always wanting what you can't have (or hard to get) like a good pizza or New York bagel. Anyway, I love all sorts of foods, where my preferences are not exactly typical American nor Japanese.

I am delighted with Recipezaar. Another website that I use for Japanese cooking, which is in Japanese is a website for magazine called Orangepage.
