I attended culinary school in Chicago called the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago (CHIC). I fell short of completing my AA in culinary arts but finished all of my culinary classes. I worked as a Pantry Chef in a small restaurant in Schaumburg called Sabor. It was a Latin fusion restaurant. Currently I do not work as a chef but love to keep the passion alive. I do most of the holiday cooking and the occasional weekday or weekend. Also I volunteer at my local church cooking for large groups. Right now I make things for an event called “Meet the Chapel” it is a newcomers event that my church dose once a month. I prepare to feed up to 80 people at this event. So I try to keep the passion alive and I am always looking for opportunities to better my skills.
I try not to limit my self to one. Love the culinary end of things. Not much of a backer out side of some basics. Love to make breads from time to time as well.
